Acceptance
By accessing VoteCraft you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. Replace this legal entity name with your registered business before production.
Service
VoteCraft provides an online directory, voting, and optional paid upgrades for Minecraft servers. We may change features, suspend the service for maintenance, or refuse listings that violate our rules or applicable law.
Your listings
You must have permission to advertise each server. You must not submit misleading IPs, illegal content, or malware. We may remove listings and revoke access for abuse.
No cracked or offline-mode listings
Cracked servers are not allowed. Listings must represent servers that require legitimate Minecraft accounts for the relevant edition (Java and/or Bedrock). Servers that bypass authentication for unlicensed players, or that exist primarily to evade Mojang/Microsoft licensing, may be removed without notice and repeat abuse may result in account termination.
Voting
Votes must not be automated or purchased in ways that circumvent our cooldown controls. We may block accounts or networks involved in manipulation.
Paid options
Optional upgrades for approved listings may be offered from time to time. The amount, term, and checkout flow are always shown before you pay. Payment may be processed by our provider; your bank may display a different currency. Refunds follow the payment provider’s rules and our posted policy (define your refund policy here). You are responsible for accurate payment and tax reporting.
Disclaimer
The directory is provided “as is”. We do not operate third-party Minecraft servers, guarantee uptime of listed servers, or endorse server content. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoteCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
