Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about using VoteCraft. For problems with your account or a specific listing, sign in and open a support ticket from the dashboard.

How do I list my Minecraft server?
Create a free account, then open Submit server from the navigation. Enter your hostname, port, edition (Java, Bedrock, or both), tags, join versions, and a description. New listings are reviewed by staff before they appear in the public directory.
How long does review take?
Review time depends on staff availability. You can track your listing status on your dashboard. If something is unclear, staff may leave feedback when a listing is rejected so you can fix it and resubmit within your attempt limit.
Can I list cracked or offline-mode servers?
No. VoteCraft only allows genuine listings that follow Mojang’s licensing expectations. Cracked servers and listings meant to bypass legitimate account checks are not allowed and may be removed.
How does voting work?
Signed-in visitors can vote for approved listings from the server page. Votes use a cooldown so rankings stay fair. Your vote count updates on the listing after a successful vote.
What is premium?
Some approved listings can enable optional paid upgrades from the dashboard. You’ll always see the amount before you pay. Checkout is handled by our payment provider.
How do I edit my server after it is listed?
Go to Dashboard, choose Edit on your listing, and save changes. If your listing was already approved, certain changes (such as host, port, or edition) may send it back to staff for review again.
How do I contact support?
Sign in and open Help & support from the navigation (or your dashboard). You can create a ticket and chat in the thread in real time. Staff may also link the ticket to one of your listings if you choose.
Can I close my support ticket?
Yes. On your ticket page, use Close ticket when you no longer need help. If you need to continue later, ask staff to reopen it.
How do I report a listing that breaks the rules?
Open the public server page while signed in and use Report listing. You must explain the issue in at least a short paragraph. Staff review reports in the admin tools.
Is VoteCraft affiliated with Minecraft or Mojang?
No. The game Minecraft is created by Mojang AB. VoteCraft is an independent directory and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.
